  • Most charters depart from Barraterre Dock, Great Exuma.

    If your charter leaves from a different location, it will be confirmed in your booking email.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before departure to check in, load your belongings, and review the day’s plan.

  • Your safety is our priority.

    If the weather is unsafe, we will:

        1.    Delay departure

      2.    Adjust the route

        3.    Reschedule

        4.    Offer a refund (depending on the situation)

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your charter will receive a full refund.

    Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable, as the boat, crew, and itinerary are fully reserved for your group.

    In the event of unsafe weather conditions determined by the captain, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. Your safety always comes first.

  • We offer:

    – Half-day (4 hours)

    – Full-day (7–8 hours)

    – Custom extended trips on request

  • Yes — birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, photo shoots, and custom private tours are our specialty.

    Let us know what you’re celebrating, and we’ll help make it memorable.

  • Yes. We provide clean, sanitized masks and snorkels.

    You may bring your own if you prefer.

  • Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own food, snacks, or drinks on board. Every Only Sands charter already includes complimentary sodas, bottled water, local beers, and a gallon of traditional Bahamian Goombay Smash.

    If you have specific beverage preferences, dietary needs, or would like to bring a full lunch, feel free — our crew will help you store and serve whatever you bring. We want your day on the water to feel completely customized to you.
